The customer service is top-notch, responding to questions promptly and even assisting me recently when I misplaced an earring, which they replaced in no time. Gorgeous jewelry at a price that won't break the bank. The service was outstanding. I encountered a minor issue with a bracelet that broke, and they were super helpful and speedy in getting it replaced. Their emails were really friendly, and they even included a free piece of jewelry with my order. Totally a surprise but much appreciated! If only more small businesses operated like this! But I decided to give it a shot since I really liked some of their pieces. After placing my order, there was a delay, so I reached out and spoke with a wonderful lady named Jules. She went above and beyond to assist me and ensured my order arrived the very next morning. She even included a little extra gift for me, which was super kind, and I plan to pay it forward. My package was delivered before 9am the following day, and the items were just beautiful. We ought to support small businesses more and keep in mind that they might not be able to fulfill our orders as quickly as larger companies do, so it’s good to be a bit patient. Both Jules and Barb were such lovely ladies, and I can’t praise the customer service enough. Plus, the products are really great value for what you pay. I was very pleased.

Barb was incredibly helpful and professional. I shot an email on Tuesday night around 8pm to see if I could swing by and pick up the necklace I needed for that weekend. Within half an hour, Barb got back to me and set up the collection for that week. The customer service was top-notch! I was thrilled with the necklace I got, and my friend adored it. Absolutely terrible customer support. Spent almost €200 on some items and opted for express shipping. A week went by, and still no sign of my order. I reached out to the company, and in one message, they said my package was with the courier, but then in another, they claimed it was sent via An Post. Finally got my item, but the postage date was the same as when I last emailed them. One of the earrings, which cost me €40, showed up broken. They’ve been ignoring my emails, so I had to file a claim with PayPal. I really wanted to support a small Irish business, but with such awful service, I won’t be coming back. Plus, the products are way overpriced for what you get.
